About Doug Van Dyke

Doug is a leadership and communication consultant, executive coach, sales guru, writer, speaker, and darn nice guy! He has appeared on numerous television and radio business programs, including the nationally syndicated talk show First Business. He is the author of Leadership Simplified – The Field Guide for Savvy Leaders. Doug has also published over 60 articles and is a syndicated columnist. He holds a BBA in Finance from Stetson University and an MBA from the University of North Florida.

For over 25 years Doug has coached individuals and led hundreds of seminars that have enabled groups of professionals to communicate more effectively, lead with passion, increase sales, embrace change, and smile as they choose to have more fun at the game of work. Veronica Van Dyke is the head geek and technology guru at Leadership Simplified. She has over 20 years of technology expertise encompassing such areas as .NET, Crystal Reports, MAS90/200, Quickbooks. Microsoft Office Automation and Customization, SugarCRM, Expression Engine, DotNetNuke, PHP and more. Veronica has a loyal customer following in the greater Tampa Bay area, and also serves as the webmaster and technology troubleshooter for Leadership Simplified.

About Joe Kennard

Joe Kennard has a rich professional background ranging from teaching, to air transportation, to medicine. He is a licensed critical care nurse and a leadership expert. For the past 20 years Joe has cultivated his abilities to lead teams, effectively communicate, think on his feet, and build relationships - even under the most stressful situations. He holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of South Florida and will complete his MBA studies in the spring of 2013. Joe is an established writer and contributor to our blog, as well as a dynamic facilitator.
